To register your corporation follow the steps below;

1. Prepare all information prior to filling out the forms
2. Forms that need to be completed and when
   1. The initial filing form is the first form that needs to be filed.
   2. Then you have 30 days to file the second form - The Definition of the Corporation
   3. Then,
      1. if your company is a public company - traded on an exchange, then you only need to file your ticker symbol along with a copy of the company's last annual report
      2. if your company is a private company - you have 30 days to file a definition of company shares and a list of shareholders
3. Preparing to file the initial form
   1. Corporate Names;
      1. If you are a new company you need to do a corporate name search to demonstrate to the name is not already in use. You can use a professional name search company or a Yahoo or Google search.
      2. If your company is already in existence and private, you need only provide a copy of your articles of incorporation.
      3. If your company is already in existence and public, you need only provide a letter from the board of directors authorizing the registration.

   2. Set up a main corporate email address and the director of incorporation
      1. ensure the address is specific to the registration of the corporation, don't use your own name
      2. If you don't have your own system we recommend that you set-up an address at my.yahoo.com using a short form of your company name
   3. Your corporation will be bill for the $350 registration fee, once it has started earning a profit.
4. File the initial corporate registration form (you will get a listing on the register global corporations list)
   1. Record the date and time when you file the corporate registration form, this will be used as your Temporary corporate id. For example, you filed the form at 2pm on Oct. 5th 2004, then your temporary corporate id would be 20041005-1400 (1400 is 14:00 or 2pm).
   2. In about two weeks, your company will be listed here with a number (the order in which is was received and processed) and this will be your main corporate id - for example 20041005-004 (yyyymmdd-###).
   3. Other forms of the corporate id will include a short form of the name, for example Delta R&D, Inc. was incorporated in Nov of 1989, has the corporate id - 19891101-001-deltard
5. Now you will have 30 days to file the corporate definition form. This will form your webpage that will be accessible from your listing, on the Democratic Earth Global Corporation List. You will need to know;
   1. If your corporation was previously incorporated in another location, you need to enter that date here

6. If your corporation is private, you have 30 days from filing form 2 (The Definition of the Corporation) to file the Definition of Shares Form (form-04a) and the Share Ownership/Transfer Form (form-04b). You need to know;
   1. How the shares are defined or going to be defined
   2. How many shares are there or will there be
   3. What is the total value of the shares and the value of each share
   4. Who owns the shares
