All laws written here must be within and complimentary to the constitution of Democratic Earth. All laws sit in a greater context. The general structure, historically, has shown itself to be:Although modern thought divorces itself from a god, the fundamental structures are still present. Even the mystics and seers (the priests) still exist. The intellectual is the priest, mystic and seer - the authority of truth - in the atheistic modern system.
- God or a god - The supreme power/authority, through whom sovergiens are given their right to rule. This rule, or standard, becomes law.
- Religion - The practice through which the god(s) are properly worshiped. Administered by god ordained ministers and administrators - typically seers, mystics and authorities of truth.
- Ethics bound to the religion - These are the permissible behaviors
- The Constitution - This is the intermediary between religious ethics/morals and the law.
- The laws - The rule of the god and/or soveriegn - interpreted and enforced by the courts
However, the claims of superiority (of the modern system) has not been shown. The self-proclaimed humanistic system of law, is anything but. The human degredation currently seen in the modern system of justice, shows all the barbarity of the vigilante systems that proceeded it. As such, this justice system - to be objective - sits in the following context:
