As stated in the introduction, this is the virtual courthouse of The Court of Justice. The goal is to bring objective fundamental justice to everyone - with few barriers. The barriers, placed by the traditional justice system, are designed to keep the law and justice for a few - subject to their approval. This, by definition, is not a objective fundamental justice system, but a subjective justice system. This philosophy is detailed in the court standards.

If you're concerned with human rights and constitutional law, you can become an advocate, lawyer, supporting justice or an agent of the court, by registering. Further, NGOs needn't just report on problems and/or issues - they (or anyone) can bring them into court - to work toward a resolution. All the functions of a courthouse can be found here.

The goal is to make the justice system readily available to everyone. As such, everything that you would do at a courthouse you can do on-line at our virtual courthouse (vCourthouse). The vCourthouse is a global courthouse for the global world.
